Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with us, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, or request an exchange of size/product within 14 days, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased products.

To withdraw from the contract, write us an email at info@goodseyewear.com You will receive an email with the shipping number and instructions for returning the product, you don't have to worry about anything else.

The cost of managing the return process and transportation is €12.00 for Italy and will be deducted from your refund. While it is €18.00 for Europe and €35.00 for the rest of the world.

Finally, we remind you that for your return to be accepted, it must meet certain conditions.
You will need to return the items in their original packaging and with all their original parts (if you want to return a kit, you must return all the items that compose it).
The items must not have been used before the return and must not show any signs of wear.
The original box is considered an integral part of the product and therefore must be returned intact, free of marks, writings, or deformations that could compromise its resale.
Clothing items must also be returned complete with the original bag and with the manufacturer's original labels still attached. Detaching the labels from the garment implies the presumption of using the product and will result in the loss of the right to replacement or refund. The items must never have been worn, washed, and/or free of marks, stains, tears, and/or any alterations and preferably folded as they were originally.
Accessories must be returned complete with labels and with intact packaging. Products packaged in plastic blisters must be intact and with the blister unopened and complete with all integral elements, such as accessories, cables, manuals, and various parts.
The returned products must be sent in a single shipment: we reserve the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times.

Refund on Credit Card or Paypal-Stripe account
After our staff has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email. At the time of accepting the return, we will make the corresponding refund to the Credit Card or Paypal Account used for the payment of the order. The actual completion of the refund to the credit card may take up to 15 days.
From this moment, the time required to view the amount on your account will depend on the banking institution that issued your card.
